ESA 6 Month Membership Youth Jiu Jitsu Program

Home Training is the time students spend practicing their online Jiu Jitsu lessons at home. After watching a lesson, students practice the moves on a safe mat space with a training partner, such as a parent or sibling. This practice builds muscle memory, confidence, and skill, and gets students ready for their next evaluation and belt promotion.

The lessons teach the moves. Home Training is where students make them their own.

A Lineage of Learning

Ethan J. Abraham is an IBJJF brown belt, filmmaker, and lifelong student of Jiu-Jitsu with 16 years on the mats and 10 years of teaching experience.

His development has been shaped by some of the most respected names in the Martial Art: he earned his youth belts under Professor Caio Terra from 2012 to 2015 and continued his youth progression under Professor Andre Galvao.

Today he trains and earns his adult belts under Professor Osvaldo Augusto Moizinho, widely known as "Queixinho." Learning directly from world champions and legends of the art has given Ethan a rare perspective — one built on endurance, precision, patience, and respect for the lineage he now passes forward.
